欢迎使用 hueflo（“本服务”，网址 hueflo.com），本服务由 Ling Qin（“我们”）运营。使用本服务即表示你同意本条款和隐私政策。

1. 服务内容

本服务利用生成式 AI 模型，按你的选择将照片中的人物、背景或局部转换为不同媒介风格，并提供看图推荐、结果复核、定点修正、历史与下载。本服务只做艺术媒介风格化：不提供换脸、改变人物身份或生成逼真他人形象的功能。未登录时可以浏览编辑界面；上传、推荐、生成和充值需使用 Google 账号登录。

2. 账号

你需年满 13 周岁（或所在地区规定的更高年龄），未成年人应取得监护人同意。请妥善保管登录的 Google 账号，账号下的操作视为你本人操作。

3. 点数与付款

推荐、编辑与修正按界面显示的点数收费，确认前会显示本次费用。
点数可用 Telegram Stars 购买；银行卡付款开通后，也可在充值界面选择银行卡。套餐、价格与到账点数以充值界面为准。
银行卡付款由 Creem 作为经销商（Merchant of Record）处理：Creem 是该笔交易的卖方，负责收款并计算、代收适用的税费，付款同时受 Creem 条款约束。我们不接触你的银行卡信息。
Stars 的实际购买价格由 Telegram 依地区和渠道决定。
点数仅可在本服务内使用，不能兑换现金，不可转让。
任务失败、或因需要补充信息而未生成图片时，本次点数自动退还。对已到账的 Stars 付款有疑问，请通过 Telegram 机器人的 /paysupport 或下方联系方式提出，我们将按 Telegram 规则核实处理。
退款：点数购买后即时到账，已购买的点数不支持退款，法律另有强制规定的除外。重复扣款或扣款金额错误，请发邮件至 support@hueflo.com，核实后经原付款渠道退还多扣的款项。

4. 你的内容

你上传的照片和生成的结果归你所有。你授予我们为向你提供本服务而存储、处理和传输这些内容（包括发送给 AI 服务商）所需的有限许可。你保证拥有上传内容的必要权利，并已取得照片中可识别人物的同意。

5. 禁止的使用

你不得利用本服务：

制作或传播违法内容，或任何涉及未成年人的性内容；
生成任何色情、裸露或性暗示内容，无论涉及的人物是否成年；
制作未经同意的私密图像，或以他人照片进行骚扰、羞辱、诽谤；
换脸、深度伪造，或用真实人物的照片制作足以令人误认的虚假图像；
未经照片中可识别人物同意而编辑其照片；
冒充他人，或制作用于欺骗、诈骗、操纵选举等目的的虚假图像；
侵犯他人的著作权、商标权、肖像权或隐私；
绕过点数、频率限制或安全措施，攻击或干扰本服务。

详细规则见可接受使用政策，你还须遵守所用 AI 服务商的使用政策。我们可以拒绝处理违规请求，并暂停或终止相关账号。

6. AI 生成结果

生成式编辑会改变像素，结果可能与预期不同，也不保证未选区域逐像素不变。请在使用前检查人物身份、文字与编辑边界。你对结果的使用负责，并应在法律要求时标明内容由 AI 生成。

7. 服务变更与免责

本服务按“现状”提供。我们可能调整功能、价格或暂停服务，例如为控制成本暂停新的生成任务。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责；我们的总责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内为本服务实际支付的金额为限。

8. 终止

你可以随时停止使用并要求删除账号。如你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你的访问。

9. 条款变更与联系

条款更新会在本页公布并更新生效日期，变更后继续使用即表示接受。联系：support@hueflo.com。如中英文版本不一致，以中文版本为准。

Terms of Service

Welcome to hueflo (the “Service”, at hueflo.com), operated by Ling Qin (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The Service uses generative AI models to restyle the people, background or a selected area of your photo in different media, with optional recommendations, result review, targeted repairs, history and downloads. The Service only restyles photos into art media: it offers no face swapping, identity changes or realistic likenesses of other people. You can explore the editor without signing in; uploading, recommendations, generation and top-ups require Google Sign-In.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age where you live); minors need a guardian’s consent. Keep your Google account secure; activity under your account is treated as yours.

3. Credits and payments

Recommendations, edits and repairs cost the credits shown in the interface; the cost is shown before you confirm.
Credits can be bought with Telegram Stars, and by card once card payments are available on the top-up screen. Packs, prices and credits received are as shown on the top-up screen.
Card payments are processed by Creem as our reseller (Merchant of Record): Creem is the seller of record for the transaction, collects the payment and calculates and collects any applicable tax, and its terms also apply to the payment. We never receive your card details.
What you pay for Stars is set by Telegram and varies by region and channel.
Credits can be used only in the Service, have no cash value and are not transferable.
Credits are refunded automatically when a job fails or ends without an image because more information is needed. For questions about a completed Stars payment, use /paysupport in our Telegram bot or the contact below; we review it under Telegram’s rules.
Refunds: credits are delivered immediately on purchase, and purchased credits are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, email support@hueflo.com and, once verified, we will return the overcharge through the original payment method.

4. Your content

You own the photos you upload and the results you create. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content (including to our AI providers) as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the necessary rights to your uploads and consent from identifiable people in them.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

create or share illegal content, or any sexual content involving minors;
generate any sexual, nude or sexually suggestive content, whether or not the people involved are adults;
create non-consensual intimate imagery, or harass, humiliate or defame anyone using their photo;
swap faces, make deepfakes, or use a real person’s photo to create a fake image that could be mistaken for real;
edit a photo of an identifiable person without their consent;
impersonate others or create deceptive images for fraud, scams or election manipulation;
infringe copyright, trademark, likeness or privacy rights;
circumvent credits, rate limits or safeguards, or attack or disrupt the Service.

See the Acceptable Use Policy for details; you must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers we use. We may refuse violating requests and suspend or terminate accounts.

6. AI-generated results

Generative edits change pixels; results may differ from what you expect, and unselected areas are not guaranteed to stay pixel-identical. Check identity, text and editing boundaries before use. You are responsible for how you use results and should disclose AI generation where the law requires.

7. Changes and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We may change features or prices or pause the Service, for example pausing new generations to control costs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

9. Changes and contact

We will post updates on this page and change the effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it. Contact: support@hueflo.com. If the Chinese and English versions differ, the Chinese version prevails.
