写信时附上这些信息，处理会更快
- 生成结果的问题：大致时间、所选风格和范围，并说明哪里不对。你的照片和成片只有你自己能看到，如果方便，可以附上截图。
- 点数与付款：登录用的邮箱或 Telegram 账号、付款时间和金额。重复扣款或金额不对，核实后会按原付款方式退还多收的部分。Telegram Stars 付款也可以在我们的 Telegram 机器人里发送 /paysupport。
- 导出或删除数据：请用账号绑定的邮箱发信，以便确认是本人。我们会在 30 天内处理。单个作品可以随时在「我的作品」里自己删除。
- 举报滥用：如果你认为有人用本服务处理了你的照片且违反了可接受使用政策，请说明情况，我们会尽快处理。
- 建议与合作：想要的新媒介、遇到的界面问题、媒体或合作邀约都欢迎来信。

生成失败的点数会自动退还，不需要来信申请。

Email support@hueflo.com about anything. hueflo is run by one person, Jianxun Qin, who reads and answers every message personally, in English or Chinese.
What to include for a faster answer
- A result that went wrong: roughly when, the medium and scope you chose, and what looks off. Your photos and results are visible only to you, so attach a screenshot if you are comfortable doing so.
- Credits and payments: the email or Telegram account you sign in with, and the time and amount of the payment. If you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we return the overcharge through the original payment method once verified. For Telegram Stars payments you can also send /paysupport to our Telegram bot.
- Data export or deletion: please write from the email address on your account so we can confirm it is you. We respond within 30 days. You can delete any single creation yourself at any time in My creations.
- Reporting misuse: if you believe someone used the Service on your photo in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, tell us what happened and we will act on it promptly.
- Feedback and partnerships: media you would like to see, interface problems, press or partnership enquiries are all welcome.

Credits for a failed edit are refunded automatically; there is no need to write in.
